Our Mission

The Mission of Stanley Jones and Associates (SJA) is to provide quality therapy services in a variety of settings. We aim to provide exceptional family-centered care as we assist adults and children in southeastern Minnesota in achieving their full potential. We strive to enable patients to achieve maximum independence and an enhanced quality of life. SJA is dedicated to providing a high level of satisfaction for our patients, referral sources and employees.

 
Our Services: Home Care, Outpatient Rehabilitation, and Contract

Home Care Services
Stanley Jones & Associates provides physical, occupational and speech-language therapy services for patients in Rochester and the surrounding communities in the comfort of their own homes. While receiving our skilled therapy services, patients who require assistance with self-care skills will be provided with home health aide services. Although our primary mission is not to provide nursing care, we are able to complement our therapy services with limited nursing services. As a Medicare-certified, licensed Class A homecare agency, SJA is able to meet the therapy needs of clients of all ages.

Rehabilitation Services
SJA is also a Medicare-certified rehabilitation facility. We offer a full array of pediatric outpatient therapy services – speech-language therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy – at one convenient location. Our clients benefit from our multi-disciplinary approach. Clients and families also enjoy continuity of care provided by our therapists in one-to-one sessions, convenience in scheduling, and hassle-free parking.

Contract Services
Hospitals and nursing homes often call upon SJA to assist them with short-term staffing needs, such as family medical leaves of absence or extended vacations. SJA is also proud to assist many of the local school districts with their physical, occupational and speech-language therapy needs. Many other homecare agencies call upon SJA to provide physical, occupational and speech-language therapy for their homecare patients receiving skilled nursing. Our therapists also present in-service training on ergonomics for health care workers.
